Membership gives access to premium content for as long as your subscription is active. Pricing, billing and renewals are set out in the Payment Policy. We may change what membership includes, and we'll tell members before we do.

8. Shop terms

Everything bought through The Dispatch shop is governed by this section, together with the Payment Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Exchange Policy.

8.1 Our products

We sell objects, furniture, lighting, art, materials and print editions, much of it handcrafted, made to order or produced in limited runs.

Because of this, variation in colour, texture, grain and finish is normal and is part of the character of the piece. It isn't a defect. Photographs are as accurate as we can make them, but screens render colour differently.

Every listing states its material, dimensions, origin, care requirements and warranty where these apply. If anything is unclear before you buy, ask us.

8.2 Prices

Prices are in Pakistani Rupees and [include / exclude] applicable taxes, which are shown at checkout. Shipping is charged separately and shown before you pay.

We may change prices at any time, but a change won't affect an order we've already confirmed. If a price is listed incorrectly through an obvious error, we'll contact you before processing the order, and you can confirm it or cancel.

8.3 Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order by [email / WhatsApp] after payment is confirmed. We may decline an order if the piece is unavailable, if we can't deliver to your address, if payment isn't authorised, or if we suspect fraud.

8.4 Availability and made-to-order pieces

Stock is limited and some pieces are one of a kind. If something you ordered is no longer available, we'll offer an alternative or a full refund.

Made-to-order pieces are produced for you after you order, and the lead time is shown on the listing. They can't be cancelled once production has begun, and can't be returned unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.

8.5 Delivery and inspection

Delivery times, charges and freight handling are set out in the Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Please check your order when it arrives. For large or freight-delivered pieces, inspect before signing, note any damage on the delivery receipt, and keep the packaging. Report damage, defects or an incorrect item within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs.

8.6 Warranty

Where a piece carries a warranty, its terms are shown on the listing. Warranty doesn't cover normal wear, misuse, or damage from failure to follow the care instructions.

8.7 Pieces supplied by partner brands

Some pieces are supplied by partner brands and designers, and the listing says so where that's the case. We remain your point of contact for any problem with the order.

9. Links to other sites

We link to other websites for reference. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

10. Availability of the site

We try to keep the site running and accurate, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it.

11. Liability

Nothing here excludes liability that can't be excluded under Pakistani law. Subject to that, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site, and our total liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
