Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

1. Who we are

3. Why we use it

  • To process, deliver and support your orders
  • To manage your account and membership, including renewals
  • To send order confirmations, delivery updates and service messages
  • To send the newsletter and news of issues, events and workshops, where you've asked for it
  • To understand how the site is used, so we can improve it
  • To prevent fraud and misuse
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations

4. Marketing

We only send marketing email if you've opted in. Every one carries an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time. Unsubscribing from marketing doesn't stop order and account messages, which we have to send.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and measure traffic through Google Analytics. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work properly.

6. Who we share it with

We share only what's necessary, with:

  • Bank Alfalah — to take payment
  • Delivery and freight companies — to deliver your order
  • [Newsletter platform] — to send the newsletter
  • Google Analytics — for site statistics
  • [Hosting provider] — which stores the site and its database
  • Partner brands and designers — where a piece you ordered is supplied by them, we share the delivery details they need to fulfil it
  • Authorities — where the law requires it

We do not sell your personal information.

7. How long we keep it

Account and order records are kept [as long as required for tax and accounting purposes]. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept for [14 months]. Records of returns and disputes are kept for [24 months].

8. Keeping it secure

The site runs over HTTPS. Access to customer data is limited to people who need it, and protected by strong passwords and two-factor authentication. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously and review it regularly.

9. Your choices

You can ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Email admin@dispatchbyconstruct.com and we'll respond within [30 days]. You can also see and edit much of it yourself under My Account.

10. Children

The site isn't intended for children under [18], and we don't knowingly collect their information.
